Full payment and signed invoice plus copy of proof of payment to be provided before the deceased can be taken into our care

Status Funerals Celebration of Life may change, alter, amend or withdraw this offer at anytime.
Fees and charges may apply. Such as unforeseen additional expenses, additional removal costs outside a radius of 200 km from our location (Modimolle) Additional requests that are not covered within this current service package.
Full additional fees (if any) will be shown and explained within the invoice.
By signing the invoice you accept and enter into the agreement that Status Funerals Celebration of Life will provide the said services at the specified amount as per the invoice and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
These terms and condition are subject to change, alterations, amendments or withdrawal at anytime.
Refund Policy
Our refund lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your transaction, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, a valid reason needs to be brought to our attention and approved by our management in writing.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of transaction.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any transaction older than 30 days.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
